Celcom - Frozen - Sugarlace Deco

It's good that sometimes we update/share what we experienced. So that, it will becomes a reference to others.

I received an email from a girl named Alia. It's about my previous post regarding my ridiculous Celcom bill that I experienced last few months. She experienced the same. At least, I could help someone  who needs advice on how to settle the problem.I'm happy to do so.

Anyway, I'm listening to Frozen OST. I like 'For the first in forever' song the most! Followed by 'Let It Go'.
Full OST is here people.

I'll attend a Sugar Lace Deco class tomorrow conducted by Lea Oven. The fee is RM280 for ex-student just like me :). Extra RM20 for new student. Will update more about this sugarlace deco in the next post maybe,in case you guys would like to order for Engagement or Wedding event.

Re-branding to Ezzy's Kitchen

Hi everyone,

I'm listening to Savage Garden's songs while writing up this entry.I can say most of their songs are great back in the late 90's and early 2000's,and still counting until today.

Remember I'm doing online bakery last few years, and suddenly stop?Yeah, now I'm back. I've decided to re-brand Chocolatelove4u to Ezzy's Kitchen. There will more products coming soon.At the same time,I'm also started attending some deco baking class to polish my skills.

Be with me

Am I able to face this?

Ya Allah, please always be with me....

Mee Suah Soup

Anyone here loves mee suah?Yes,I do.I never know mee suah before, until I get married and my family-in-law used to cook mee suah for dinner. The texture is very thin & smooth , and the best meal to have with is soup.I believe this is Chinese noodle. But, somehow I have a mee suah recipe to share here. It's my own recipe which I think it tastes good.

Ingredients:-

  • 1-2 pieces of mee suah
  • 2 red chilies + 2 hot pepper
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 of anchovies/chicken cube(stock)
  • chicken/squid/prawn (whichever you prefer)
  • carrot/mushroom/green vege
  • 2 water
  • salt & black pepper to taste
  1. Crush red chilies, hot pepper and garlic using mortar.Fill in water into a small pot and add in the crushed ingredients.Bring it to a boil.
  2. Add in anchovies/chicken cube,chicken/squid/prawn, follow by vegetables and mee suah.Stir them well about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Lastly, add some salt & black pepper to taste.
  4. Ready to eat.

Update on Sawi & Bayam

My sawi and bayam have been grown so well lately. This is my 3rd time I planted these two plants and they grew like a winner.I harvested my bayam so many times already for cooking. And for sure it save a lot our money, plus we got the chance to taste fresh vegetable picked just from our garden.I really enjoy my gardening with my husband. We are lucky that we have some space for gardening.More update to share soon once other plants are ready :)

My Ridiculous Celcom Bill

I got heart attack this few days. You know why?Because I received message from Celcom saying that my current bill is at RM1561.14. That is ridiculous.I seldom make calls from my cellphone, and how come the bill jumps so high. And on the next day, another message from Celcom and the bill keep increasing day by day.As of today,my bill already reach at almost RM2k.

I already lodged my report to Celcom when I first received the message from Celcom.Unfortunately, they can't check and trace. I have to wait until 5th March where it is the date of the closed account. At the mean time, they open my line back to normal so that I can make call.

Since I'm not satisfied with this incident, I decided to go the Celcom Cube at Sunway Piramid to ask/check directly with the customer service. They suspect this is because of the data plan that I used at Thailand. However,I still have to wait until 5th March and Celcom will decide either to charge the data plan at RM38/day or otherwise.

I hope Celcom will only charge me at RM38/day because I already follow the correct way to use data plan in Thailand, and this is not the first time I used data plan outside Malaysia. For those who is going to Thailand in the future, you guys have to really be carefully on this.

Macaroon Class

Hello,

It's been a while! There are so many things and stories to share but I have little time.Since I have free time now,let me share with you what I did on last Sunday.

As many of you know, one of my passion is baking. Insyallah, I'll be back in track soon.I attended a macaroon class at Lea Oven near USJ 12 last Sunday. This is my first class after a year I left my baking days due for some reasons.Lea Oven offered special price for her ex-student like me, which is about RM20 less for this macaroon class.

There were 9 students inside the class that come in different background, but we share the same passion, that is baking. Our class started at 10am until 3pm.I have learnt few tips & techniques to create character macaroon during the class. Not forgetting the do's and the dont's while preparing the macaroon batter. To make a macaroon sometime you need to consider the weather.A hot weather is the best day to bake macaroon and you will fall in love with the baked macaroon that gives you almost perfect end result.

Here are some of the macaroon that we made in the class.I must try and practice this at home to polish my skill :)

Until we meet again!
Thanks for reading
