Here goes my homemade carrot & daikon pickles.The recipe is from here.
You can also try another recipe.I believe there are few types of recipe out there.
raw carrot & daikon
cut it into slice
mix them together and put into glass jar
They are ready to eat after 1 hour stored into the fridge.The longer we stored,the better it taste.

texture dia mcm carrot.rasa x sama.carrot ada gula rasa sweet skit compare to daikon.daikon x rasa sgt kot.ala2 kentang kot rasa dia.tp kalau buat jeruk,rasa mcm jeruk la..hihih
