Singapore Trip - Day 1

Hi all,

I think it is still not too late for me to say good-bye to 2011 and welcome to 2012.

This entry is all about my trip to Singapore during New Year.

We start our journey from Kuala Lumpur around 7.15am heading to Johor Bahru for Fizul's wedding. It took us about 3 hours and a half in order to reach JB.

After we had lunch at Fizul's Wedding, we check in at Puteri Pan Pacific Hotel. Our plan is to drive in into Singapore by 3pm.We changed our cloth to casual.

We went pass-thru Singapore via Tambak Johor (1st Link) heading to Woodlands (Checkpoint at Singapore)

Ok...pada sape2 yang x pernah drive to Singapore tu, sila2lah bawak En GPS bersama anda yer..kalau x,jawabnye sesat barat mcm kami lah yer...hehe...so,xpayah la kot rasanya nk cerita pasal sesat2 ni yer..Let’s proceed to the next point.

We reached Esplanade (the actual plan is to go to Orchard Road...hehe).We parked our car at F&G if i'm not mistaken...SDG 2.5 per entry bebeh....kalau diconvertkan tu dalam RM5 /entry lah yer...Oh,before that,masa dekat checkpoint tadi,you need to purchase Autopass(ala2 Touch & Go di Malaysia) for toll & parking during your trip in Singapore.One car,One Autopass.You can top up the cards at any 7-Eleven Outlet in Singapore Only,i guess.So,for the next time,you need to use the same Autopass with the same car.

Back to Esplanade stories,mcm biasa,tempat tarikan pelancong mcm kami ni,we walk around and took some photos around there.It is just like Bukit Bintang in Malaysia with many2 of shopping malls.

Developer Gema Padu BIG LIAR!!

Early of 2011,somewhere in January i went to site office of Gema Padu to have a look at new their new launch of service apartment,Warisan Height.

I have been told by one of the staff,Winnie(yeah,I still remember your name!!!)that this project is FREEHOLD,and that's what we are looking for...I decided to book 1 unit of the apartment(studio type) for investment which cost around RM180k before discount for Bumi price.

We pay RM5K for the deposit.Ok.settle!!

Few months letter,i received a letter from Gema Padu regarding Warisan Height have been change to a new name ,Mutiara Warisan..ok.that should be no problem for me,i believe...

Somwhere in October,i received a phone call from one of the staff asking me either I want to purchase one lot of the car park,cost about RM8K for whole life,which i do not need to pay later montly.That's fine,i choose to purchase it.

One day,i tried to google about this new name,Mutiara Warisan and I found out this project is LEASEHOLD(confius for a minute).


Here comes the big problem.On 3rd of January 2012,again I received a call from Gema Padu.This time is regarding the S&P and i need to pay the balance of 10%.I double check with the staff regarding the apartment status either it is FREEHOLD or LEASEHOLD...and you know what the staff told me..This is LEASEHOLD(kepala hotak dia,dulu dia ckp Freehold,skrg nak suh bayar,ko cakap Leasehold pulak!!bikin gua panas!!)...Pastu xnak ngaku pulak dia ckp FREEHOLD dulu..mmg WTF la...I told her, if this is leasehold,then i am not interested to buy because i was been told this project is FREEHOLD.

Haaa...ko xnak ngaku sgt kan....ambik ko aku cancel booking ni & i want my deposit back!!

The conclusion :
Do not booking or buy house from Gema Padu or Kota Warisan..They are a BIG LIAR!!!!

YEAH!!Thanks God It's Friday..I believe everyone loves Friday.No mood to work as I'm so excited going to Singapore tommorow for holiday..yabedabedoo!!

hello all,
i know it's been a while i did not update my blog.Can't even remember when was the last time i update.
whatever it is,i'm gonna update it tonight.
Looking at my laptop ,it is 7.84pm now.
I have a date at 8.00pm with my hubby.
You know what kind of date?
skype online.
yes,my husband is not here in Malaysia.He's been away for about 2 weeks plus to Oslo,Norway.
I'm gonna miss him a lot.We can't really communicate by phone because it is so expensive.
RM6.00 for 1 minute.Can you imagine how expensive it is?For sms,i believe it costs around RM2.00.
The best and cheapest way we can do is by using this internet application like yahoo messenger,skype and msn.

i'm back

oh gosh!
it's been a while i did not update any post in this blog.I'm quite busy lately with my job.Plus,when i moved to KL,i do not have internet connection..Dam bored..

Well,after few month living without any internet connection,i decided to have one for my own.But the connection was actually not so good.It keeps on disconnecting everytime i use it..Oh gosh , this is too bad...I can't even download or upload any songs or photos.

Well,i think have to pen off.

ni baru ada masa nak update..

OK..semua orang..nak tahu x....kite baru dapat offer baru..dari company oil & gas..alhamdullillah...setelah sekian lama dok cari keje..akhirnya dapat jugak..mungkin rezeki kahwin kot..huhuh..

company tu kat KL...tengah2 KL..mesti bz..bukan mesti...sememangnya bz...so...first day,pegi keje nak naik lrt lah..nak drive xtau jalan la pulak kan...bongokzzznye aku.

esok ambik bas dari larkin ke JB jam 930am ke Shah Alam.

harap kali ni dapat bertahan lama la skit kan...harap2 x buat perangai lagi...ahha

heheh..that's what i am waiting for tonite.i am going to spend my time with my friends at SEOUL GARDEN for breaking fast...Last years also,we had this reunion at the same place..

This year,more friends are joining us..around 8 people all together

i hope tonite gonna be the best night with my friends...i'm gonna give the best posing..hhaha..so,that i can upload those pictures in facebook...

uwaaa..kena cucuk..

pagi ni semangat btol ke klinik arun kat kulim tu...ye la,hari tu pegi hari ahad ramai gile orang..malas nk tunggu,balik trus.But this time x ramai..fuhh,nasib baik..maybe sebab orang keje kot kan..

OK,bila masuk jumpa doctor,doctor pon tanye sakit apa...tunjuk la muka aku..doc pon tanye la soklan bile jadi semua tu,ada gatal2 x...FYI,i have sensitive skin..muka suka panas dekat pipi..walaupon kadang2 dalam aircond pon bukan rasa...and i also have acne pas kawen sbb make up tebal..pkai skincare pon talak jalan...pastu,lately,kalau period mesti naik jerawat..urghh,geramnye...dulu tak pon...adakah disebabkan hormon berubah?hormon apakah?huhu

pastu,doctor kata nk cucuk...aku macam...ahhh...x nakkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk..(dalam hati la,xdela jerit kuat2 k)..lagipon,agak bersedia pon nak dicucuk,sbb fatin dah cakap,kalau p klinik arun nanti dia cucuk kat bontot..bukan kat muka ok...kalau kat muka namanya B.O.T.O.X....hahaha

After 2 weeks doc suh datang balik..dia nak check balik condition kulit...tapi aku bgtau doc,aku dah nk pindah JB.So,doctor cakap dia bagi stock ubat for 1 month..

SO,tunggu assistant die bagi ubat...mak aih...banyaknyer ubat...3 ubat makan..satu pencuci muka(clinical punya la) and ubat sapu(bau macam ubat aku dok kat farmasi ja)..ingatkan moisturizer..haha
